【Course content】

Appetizer: Assorted appetizers

Sashimi: Specialties include sesame mackerel and fresh squid sashimi.

*If the ingredients are unavailable due to rough seas or other reasons, a sashimi platter will be provided instead.

Steamed dish: Chawanmushi (steamed egg custard)

Fried food: Tempura of fresh squid

*If fresh squid is unavailable, seasonal tempura will be served instead.

Simmered dish: Specialty Wagyu beef nikujaga (meat and potato stew)

Grilled dishes: Carefully selected brand meats and seasonal vegetables

Finale: Seasonal rice cooked in an earthenware pot
